We would like to thank all of you that counted it a blessing to help us. We were able to raise the funds nessesary to complete the down payment. The bank has approved our loan and we will be closing on the building shortly.
Please don't forget us as we will moving on to the next step shortly. As we stated orginally the building suffered a fire that damaged the second floor. Our next step is to restore the main santuary (which is the second floor).
This building is located in Jersey City Hights, in NJ. For the time being we will hold our services on the first floor.
After we close on the building we will update this website with the details (new address, service times etc..)

Building Progress!
Great news!
We have already raised $10,000! Thats $10,000 closer to the building pictured above! To those that have given, thank you for supporting the Mount Olive Emergency Relief Fund!
All we need is another $20,000 to secure the down payment of our building, God is Good!

Help us get our own building!
In 2009 we suffered a fire in the building that we were renting. Unable to return to that location we have been renting time in a shared building since then. Our time at our current location is limited based on the shared building agreement.We are grateful for this location, but we know that God has more in store for us.
Mt.Olive House of Prayer has much to share, and we are on the move!. We have two 501c3 organizations that need a place to work from. One was founded by Co-Pastor Gloria Ingram (Sisters Pushing Ahead), the other founded by a few faithful members (Community Services). We have talented Gospel singers that would love to have their own place to minister through the gift of song(Rosie Mendoza and A.V.P.), hosting concerts and events for the community. Most of all we desire to have a place that is an anchor to our ministry and community services as we share God's love with all that wish to recieve it.
We are currently bidding for the building pictured above. It is located in Jersey City, NJ. Although we already have the banks approval for a mortage we still need to raise money to cover the down payment. The minimum amount needed at this point is $30,000. We need to have this amount available as soon as possible.
You can play a part in helping us reach our goal of attaining our own building. We have come this far by faith! Please find it in your heart to sow a seed to help us reach our goal. Your cheerful gift will not go un-noticed. God blesses those that give from the heart.
