Subject : The mind of Christ

Proverbs 4

Thought: Am I growing wiser as I grow older?

Challenge : To humble myself that I may receive God's wisdom.

• Are we living in pleasure or purpose?

We need to walk in the anointing of God. God's anointing will keep us and lead us.

• What are you hearing?

-- Wisdom wants your attention.

So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. (Romans 10:17 KJV) - God's word is wisdom.

Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. (Proverbs 3:5, 6 KJV) - Lean on the wisdom of The Lord

God is Love, he will always love us. However, those who disobey is Word will have to suffer the consequences of his wrath.

God created you for a reason, you are here for purpose, on purpose.

God does not deal only with reality, God deals outside of the reality box! That's where our faith comes in, believing in things that are not as though they were.

  1. The enemy listens to everything we say
    1. You reap what you sow
    2. A mature Christian speaks the Word of The Lord.
    3. Don't give the devil anymore intel than he already has.
    4. He also watches our action.

Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath: (James 1:19 KJV) - God wants us to hear more than we speak.

He taught me also, and said unto me, Let thine heart retain my words: keep my commandments, and live. Get wisdom, get understanding: forget it not; neither decline from the words of my mouth. Forsake her not, and she shall preserve thee: love her, and she shall keep thee. Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding. Exalt her, and she shall promote thee: she shall bring thee to honour, when thou dost embrace her. (Proverbs 4:4-8 KJV)

• Don't forget what wisdom tells you, apply it with understanding.
