Satan is watching our gates, are we watching and praying?
Our cities should be protected. There should be strong walls, a gate and people keeping watch.
Your gate should be heavy and locked.

The Joshua generation
Thought: In everything give God thanks!
Challenge: To always react as the word instructed.
We do and say things while emotional that we would not otherwise do.
"And the just shal live by faith"
We do a lot of things because of our emotions. (Murder, sucicide, hurt, mental breakdowns, physical sickness )
Some need special help from God because the cant control their emotions.
Stress is derived from your emotion.

Through your emotional moments God wants to show you his power.
*How long will you hold on to the troubles of your past? IT'S TIME TO GO FOWARD!
Turn not from God's word. Do not deviate from his intructions.

Thought: Did Jesus plant that?
Challenge: To allow God to uproot the seed of unbelief.
• Disobedience shows that you don't believe.
We should be wearing this world as a loose garment.
- If God says to detach, let it go, get rid of it, then do it!
Some questions that keep us in unbelief:
• When we proclaim something in God, prepare for the test.
• We have to be willing to give up our lives to serve/trust/follow God.
What are you giving up?
Subject: THE MIND OF CHRIST
Thought : I must trust God for everything.
Challenge: To trust the mind of Christ and not my mind.

No matter what happens we don't have to fear, because God controls all things and he is our protection.
This world belongs to God!
Faith and trust work together. You can't grow in faith, unless you know how to trust.
Trust: the firm believe in the reliability, truth, character, ability or strength of someone or something.
• Whatever I depend on that's where my trust is.
God is the (only) one we should depend on, he is (truly) trust worthy.
Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. (Proverbs 3:5 KJV)
When God speaks, things happen. God spoke this world into existence. He has earned out trust.
• Trust is earned.
• Relationships are earned (built) on trust.
You are what you believe.
• Faith empowers us to completely trust God for all things.
Trust does not necessarily grow in hard times, but rather through adversity.
• Your soul is your human existence, your rational side. It is the part of you that became kin to the devil after the fall of man.
We serve God in spirit and in truth and we must not rely on your soul.
- what you feel my not be the truth.
After worshiping in spirit and truth, we can then command our soul to bless The Lord!
Praise ye the Lord . Praise the Lord , O my soul. (Psalms 146:1 KJV)
At that point, the works of us blessing The Lord in spirit and in truth can take control of our human nature and actions.
• Hope is a product of faith and trust in God.
- where there is no hope, there is a faith and trust problem
- a lot of us have faith issues.
Romans 1; tells us Gods glory is in all creation:
God knows all things. He created the heavens and the earth. He knows each and everyone of us by name. Even each hair on our head, he know how much.
• Over a million species in the earth and God knows them ALL!
You belong to God, the devil can not touch you without God's permission!
- the only that can lead you to bondage is you. The only one that can enslave you is you.
(Mark 4) While the rest of the World is worried about what's going to happen next, rest in The Lord!

Thought: To know that no matter what, God's got this!
Challenge: To fully trust God for everything.

• You must commit and submit to Christ in order to receive salvation.
• How committed are you?
Don't only commit the things YOU want to, but commit everything to God. Your life AND your ways.
- seek The Lord direction and guidance
- we wonder why we feel lost or disconnected sometimes. It's because we have not been committed.
When you trust in God fully, your not worried about what's going on or what can happen. When you trust God you know that he's got you.
Courage: Is the strength or purpose that enables one to withstand fear or difficulty.
It does not matter that your fearful, what matters is that you believe in God to do something powerful.
"Once faith supersedes fear, it takes no time to get things done."
Once you are filled with courage in the spirit you can conquer the enemy.
- Stand firm in what God has given you.
The Devil does not want you to know that he is already defeated! - "The Earth is the lords and the fullness thereof"
"For many of us dealing with financial issues, It's not that you don't make enough money, the problem is that you do not have the commitment to manage." -
A manager commits himself to the things they have to do. That's why where promoted to manager.
You ask if you can trust God, when you need to be asking, Can God trust you!
• Growing is a process
Commit to a good thing, avoid commiting to bad things or things that we can not handle.
To be of good courage - walk, talk, think like courage!
The devil has no defense against the word.
-The Word was given to us, so that God's thoughts can become our thoughts. Then when we speak, we speak God's Words not ours. At that point what we speak shall be done because we are speaking God's Word.
• If we believe that our help comes from The Lord, thank him even in the bad times!
God has blessed you, don't let the devil hold you back!
Be committed to God's way. Expect a miracle from The Lord. Walk in victory. No weapon formed against you shall prosper.
• your problems are not to overtake you, you are to overtake them.
God already know what He's going to do, all you need to do is commit to following him.
Don't back down.

Thought: Am I praying according to the Word of God?
Challenge: To be confident when I pray.
- many of us are not confident in their prayers, many do not truly believe their prayers will be answered.
- Where are you in God?
- Have you been reading?
- Have you been obedient?
If we do not do these things then we will continue to have a timid walk with God.

America has sold herself to the devil, the only reason we are still here is because there are still believers in prayer.
- We will definitely suffer some casualties while we are still here...
We should be serving The Lord in Spirit and in truth. So get yourself together before you go before The Lord.
We are covered purely by God's will on a day to day basis.- it is not us that pray but the Holy Ghost within us...
- we don't know what to ask for, so we pray selfishly. Our prayers are filled with "iiis"
- Jesus began his prayer by acknowledging and exalting the Father.
Examine yourself, look at where you are in God, look at where you are spiritually. Are you walking in God's permissive will?
In God's kingdom, what we see as supernatural is normal...
• When the apostles healed the man that couldn't walk or when Paul shook off the poisonous snake, there was a level of expectation because if their prayer life.
• Our level of faith must increase. So when we pray, we pray in expectation.
Be prepared for the answer from The Lord, be prepared that it might not line up with our expectation.
In the garden of Gethsemani Jesus went to The Lord 3 times asking if there was another way...
Paul also went to The Lord three times about something (the thorn in his flesh)
Both never turned from the will of God.
-Jesus ended his prayer saying "not my will but yours be done"
-Paul was told "my grace is sufficient for you"
Just because we don't get what we ask, that does not mean we should stop praying.
Elijah prayed 7 times for rain, before his prayer was answered. He continually prayed! He had faith in God! So much so that he then outran a horse!
• Persistence & obedience builds our faith.
Prayers are not always answered the first time. God wants a committed heart.
If you have been praying and heave yet to see change, - keep - seeking - the Lord. Pray until something happens!
If you pray without ceasing you will see it come to pass.
We need to be an example to others, unbelievers speak things into existence and give credit to all kinds of things and circumstances. We need to be an example and let them know that OUR GOD ANSWERS OUR PRAYERS.
Faith in God
Thought: Do I understand that eternity is inside me
Challenge: To see my eternity through the word of God
By faith we live in eternity.
• God controls all from eternity.
- By faith when ever you are in your knees to pray, you are at his throne
- By faith when you are reading the Bible, you are talking face to face with God.
When you think of God's sovereignty think of his complete rule over all things.
The flesh is never satisfied. No matter how much you give it, it wants more.
Whatever belongs to God is yours.
Why fight and worry about it? Seek God and he will provide you with all you need.
We need to walk on the spirit so that we can kill off the flesh. We need to be in the spirit to receive our inheritance from The Lord.
We walk by faith and not by sight.
- Beleive it and receive it!
- Speak God's word into your atmosphere.
- Speak life, Many times we are held back in our lives because of the words we speak.
•When the glory of God in you comes out of you, everything will change.

Thought: Am I fully prepared for spiritual warfare
Challange : To perpetually study and use my weapons

Christ overcame;
• When you give something up, you need to fill that void. That's why we need to make sure that we are filled with the spirit.
For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) (2 Corinthians 10:3, 4 KJV)
In order for the name of Jesus to work in our favor, we need to be obedient. God desires our obedience more than anything.
How can you call on the name of Jesus and you have not been walking according to his word?
Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; (2 Corinthians 10:5 KJV)
What takes up most of your time? That's what you been thinking the most about.
- God should be at the top of our mind.
Behold, my servant shall deal prudently, he shall be exalted and extolled, and be very high. As many were astonied at thee; his visage was so marred more than any man, and his form more than the sons of men: (Isaiah 52:13, 14 KJV)

• Faith though process, your not always gonna get it because you said it.
• According to your faith, that be it done unto you.
- Faith is what lets you see what you can't see with your natural eyes.
The just shall live by faith. Hear God's word and don't budge from it!
LIVE - BY - FAITH !
If you are in sin, you can be delivered, just believe on Jesus! Jesus died so that we may be forgiven of our sins. All we need to do is ask for forgiveness and change our ways!
•Wait on God, Be patient in God, Be confident in God. NOW FAITH! (Heb 11:1)
To be a Christian is like being an alien on Earth, we are not of this world but of the Kingdom of God!
I am going to another dimension because I BELIEVE GOD!

Thought : Where in my life do I lack confidence?
- faith is the confidence you have in believing God.
- the nature of faith, is to grow in faith, so that it becomes us.
Challenge : To meditate on the greatness of God
No matter how much you have in God, there is always a flaw. There is always a need for God.
Samson was blessed with great strength. God selected him to be the strongest man on the face of the earth.
- Samson's strength was from the spirit of God, but he made the mistake of being proud in his flesh.
Keep doing what God has appointed you to do, stop looking for someone to pay you on the back or to reward you. Your reward will be laid up for you in heaven.
When The Lord uses you, he makes you strong! (When you trust and be confident in God)
The wise are foolish to God because they are thinking of God instead of having confidence in God.
The Bible says "touch not my anointed and do my prophets no harm". God protects his people, are you one of God's people?
Totally rely on The Lord and no one else, not even yourself.
If you see yourself small, you are. You are what you believe you are. Be confident in The Lord!
What's going on around you, has nothing to do with what God is going to do in you and for you!
Be like the Eagle and do not fear the storm ahead. The Eagle goes through the storm confident that is can ride it and come out on the other side! We have to be confident through the storm, ride it out and we will come through it!
The Bible says God will make your enemy you foot stool. He will make those who treat you bad, treat you well. But you have to have confidence and faith in God!
• Your enemies don't know how powerful The Lord that is in you, is! "Greater is he that is in me!"
