God is good! He is great and worthy to be praised!!! Our church has just found out that the offer we put forth for the building pictured above has been accepted! We are now moving forward to closing/signing the contract of sale.

Brothers and sisters there is more great news. The bank (TD Bank) has told us all they need is $20,000 more from us to cover a down payment! So not only has our offer been accepted, the bank has lowered the down payment amount by $10,000!!!  Correction : We have raised $10,000 so far.
